1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FLOWDOE (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FLOWDOE is a content operations platform for agencies. It provides tools for content review, approval workflows, script management, media production tracking, and scheduling. The Service is provided on a subscription basis during the beta period at no charge.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flowdoe.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload to FLOWDOE. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWDOE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
